David S. Kohm (Lead Attorney)

Attorney David S. Kohm received his Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Michigan in 1982. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas in December 1989. He was admitted to the Texas Bar and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern District in 1990.

 

 

 

Tommy Carter

Tommy Carter, a Dallas native, earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University. As an experienced litigator, he possesses 15 years of a broad-based litigation background. He has prosecuted and defended scores of personal injury cases and has obtained millions of dollars for clients in personal injury and medical malpractice matters. Tommy’s practice is now devoted to family law matters and he is dedicated to assisting clients through these difficult times. As a certified mediator, Tommy is also a skilled negotiator. He seeks to resolve cases in a costeffective manner, but he has the necessary trial experience to effectively represent his clients in the courtroom. Tommy is licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas, and is also licensed to practice in the Northern and Eastern Districts of the United States District Court.

Elizabeth Whitaker

Attorney Elizabeth Whitaker received a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Houston, Cum Laude, and Juris Doctorate from University of Houston Law Center. She has 18 years of experience in family law litigation and received Top Texas Lawyers recognition in 2005 as published in Texas Monthly’s Super Lawyer Section.

Craig W. Thomas

Attorney Craig Thomas graduated The University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics in 2001 and a Juris Doctorate from Texas Wesleyan Law School in 2004.

Matthew Wegner

Matthew Wegner graduated from Texas Wesleyan School of Law in Fort Worth Texas and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2007. He earned a Bachelors Degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. Mr. Wegner is admitted to both the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. Mr. Wegner’s experience if primarily in Bankruptcy and Social Security Disability. He says he chose these areas because , “I like helping people at the time of their greatest need.”

 

David Rossio

Attorney David Rossio received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University in 1982 and a Juris Doctorate at The Ohio State University College of Law in 1985. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1985 (inactive status) and to the State Bar of Texas in 1986. He is currently licensed to practice in the State of Texas as well as the United States Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.

 

 

Mike Allbee

Mike Allbee is a trial lawyer who dedicates his practice to representing people who have been injured. His courtroom experience, creativity and commitment to representing each client to the best of his ability has resulted in numerous jury verdicts and settlements that have exceeded his clients’ expectations. Mike graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in History. He subsequently earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law. While in law school, Mike gained valuable experience by working for judges at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas. He is licensed to practice in Texas courts. Mike is a "family man" and thoroughly enjoys spending time with his wife and three children when he's not working.

Brad Bryan

Attorney Brad Bryan is a Personal Injury Litigator. He is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Young Lawyers Association, and Texas Trial Lawyer's Association. He received his B.S. Degree in Economics from Texas A&M University in 2006 then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate of Law from Southern Methodist University in 2009.

 

 

Erika Patino

Attorney Erika Patino graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in history; Minor in Spanish. In 2004 she graduated from Texas Wesleyan Univeristy with a PostBachelor in Bilingual Education and in 2005 received a Masters Degree in History of Ideas from University of Texas at Dallas. In addition, Ms. Patino graduated from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in May 2010. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and is a member of both the Tarrant County Family Law Bar Association and Family Law Section of the Texas Bar Association.
